A Book of Shadows is a witch's working book: the spells, rituals, recipes and lore you keep, the records of what you did and what happened, and the promises and paths you are walking. This site keeps yours online, private by default, and lets you share exactly what you choose with exactly whom you choose.
What you can keep here
- Pages of every kind: spells, rituals, formulas, herbals, spreads and lore you refine over time; records of workings, readings, dreams and meditations that capture the moon and the hour they happened in; the deities, ancestors, tools and places you keep; the paths you work through and the pledges you make.
- Books that gather your pages in your own order, to read, share or print.
- A library of correspondences, with the traditions' different views side by side and your own choices kept for you.
- Trusted sources: the books, decks, sites, music and teachers members like, love and trust, with your own marks, reviews and lists, shared only as you choose.
- Your own wheel of the year, northern or southern, with the celebrations you keep, when and under what name, alongside the moon, eclipses and planetary hours for where you live.
Together
Connect with the people you trust in your Web, found or join a coven, circle or grove with its own ranks, book, wheel and discussions, link groups together, host gatherings, and talk privately. Every share is your choice: a person, a trust level, a group's rank, all members, or a view-only link for someone without an account. Everything beyond this page is for members, and joining is free. Oathbound work stays at the oath level.
Yours
Your account name and email are never shown to other members; they see your craft name. You can download everything you keep at any time, and print any page or book.
Discreet by default: the browser tab and emails never say what you are reading or what is waiting.
The Guide in the menu shows you how to start, and Membership tiers shows what each tier may make.
